Observed foods to have no cover in the two door cooler and the hamburger to have no cover in the three door cooler. Also, observed a coat hanging on a food storage shelf. Provide for all foods to be stored properly protected and have proper covers. (750.130) Next Inspection
10  Observed several bulk food scoops in the preparation area and walk-in cooler to be stored with the handles in the food product. Provide for all scooping utensils to be stored with the handles up and out of the food product. (750.280) Next Inspection
